The guardhouse at any housing estate is not only an office to ensure the safety of its residents but also a representation of the residential garden’s theme and affluence. We were requested to propose a new look for a 10-year guardhouse with a minimalist and contemporary theme for a private and secluded guarded and gated residential area in Sungai Long.
