Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage construction projects ensuring safety, timeliness, and sustainability throughout all phases.

- Conduct comprehensive technical and feasibility studies, producing detailed drawings that meet all technical specifications.

- Support the team in planning, coordinating, and overseeing the performance and progress of construction activities.

- Develop proposals, design concepts, and design developments, ensuring they align with project requirements.

- Prepare and submit necessary documents, including authority submission documents, project-related drawings, and technical documentation.

- Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant guidelines, regulations, and standards, delivering complete and accurate technical files and documentation.

- Work collaboratively with team members to evaluate problems, explore alternatives, and implement effective solutions.

- Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

- Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to all aspects of the project, ensuring high accuracy in calculations and designs.

Requirements:

​

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of industry knowledge.

- Familiarity with AutoCAD/Sketchup/Orion/MS Office/and other relevant softwares.

- Applicants must be willing to travel to construction sites/authorities when needed.
